Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pork Country Style Ribs, I cut really large ones in half and had 12 pieces
Kosher salt
Minced garlic, at least 2 teaspoons.
Thinly sliced lemon, I used 2 lemons
18 oz bottle of BBQ sauce, I used Sweet Baby Ray's, the bottle is bigger but I was cooking a lot of ribs.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250ºF.
Place ribs in a single layer in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt. Spread minced garlic over ribs, place thinly sliced lemon on top.
Bake for at least 2 hours (I left them for 2½ hrs). Drain liquid from pan.
Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to the oven and bake for at least 1 more hour. Turn the ribs half way through so that all sides are covered in the sauce.
To serve transfer to a large platter or casserole dish and spoon the sauce in the pan over the meat.
Good with rice.
