Tbsp of each per rack of ribs:
-pepper
-paprika
-brown sugar
-garlic powder

Apple juice
BBQ Sauce


Directions:
Directions:
1. Rub ribs with spices. Cook at 225º for 3 hours.
2. Flip ribs and cover in foil with some apple juice in it. 1/4-1/2 cup per rack. Cook 2 more hours.
2. Open foil and put BBQ sauce on them. Cook for 30 more minutes.
4. Flip ribs and put on more BBQ sauce for final 30 minutes.

I often do at least one rack with much less rub. It ends up being too much for some, especially the kids, even though we LOVE it! Fall off the bone deliciousness! Fantastic with BBQ Beans as a side. Should be naturally Gluten Free as most BBQ Sauces and spices are GF.
