Brown and drain one pound of ground beef
one large can of van camp's pork and beans
1/4 cup chopped onion or 2 tablespoons onion flakes
2 tablespoons mustard
3/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce ( or your choice)
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and drain.
Stir in with entire can of beans into large bowl
Add meat, mustard, BBQ sauce, brown sugar.
Mix well and put mixture in a PAM sprayed 9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered for 35 minutes on 350º
