4 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp consomme
2 lb pork spare ribs cut small
3-4 cloves garlic thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, honey, soy sauce, and consomme. Place in spare ribs and stir. Cover with garlic. Cover and let stand 12-24 hours. To cook place spare ribs on pan and bake 30 minutes in a 400º oven if whole. If broken down bake at 350º oven for 30 minutes.
