1/4 c. - hoisin sauce (sweet bean paste - common in Asian mkts)
1/4 c. - soy sauce
1/2 c. - rice vinegar or distilled white vinegar
1/4 c. - rice wine or dry sherry
1/2 tsp - hot chili oil (optional)
2 green onions, minced
2 cloves - garlic, minced
2T - fresh ginger, minced
