Pot roast (blade or round)
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 or 2 envelopes water

Cover and roast at 250 F until very well done. About 6-8 hours.
Remove and put roaster in fridge to solidify grease then lift off.
Shred beef. Add 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce and roast another 1/2 hour to warm through.
Serve on hamburger buns or crusty rolls.
