rack of baby back ribs or St. Louis style
olive oil
any bbq rub or cajon rub.
1 can beer

favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take ribs and put a little olive oil and rub all over.
Generously shake your spice mixture all over ribs and massage into meat.
Put ribs on large piece of foil ( enoight to cover all of the rib, you are making a pouch)
Pour 1/2 can of beer in the bottom of foil pouch.
cover tightly put on baking sheet.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350 or until fork inserted into meat is tender and pulls away from bone easily.
uncover ribs put under broiler for 10 minutes or until crisped on top of ribs.

You can brush on your favorite sauce at the time when ribs are done and before you put under broiler.
I prefer mine on the side to dip in.
Who needs a BBQ.
