2 pound(s) spare ribs or large cut of beef
1 medium lemon
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup(s) catsup
1/2 cup(s) water
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 dash(es) Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place ribs in pan, meaty side up.
Put lemon slice or juice on each side of the ribs.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and back 2 hours more, basting 2 to 3 times.
