Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Large Sauce Pan
1 c. Tomato Paste
1/2 c. Barbecue Sauce
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Cider Vinegar
3/4 c. Sweet Pickle Juice
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2-3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
2 Racks of Spareribs Cut Up Into 2-3 Ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Cup up spareribs and place in a large pot. NOTE: A crockpot can be used for this. I would recommend cooking it on high for 6-8 hours or until meat falls off of bones. However, it works well in a large pot but keep a close eye on it.

Combine all ingredients except for spareribs in large bowl, mix well.

Pour sauce mixture over spareribs.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 2 hours or until meat starts pulling off bones.

NOTE: This will not smell wonderful until after it has cooked for a while.

Good served over rice or with a baked potato.

Personal Notes:
Aunt Fran used to make this when Shari and Ron were little. I have made it a lot over the years and it is still one of my favorites.

You can double this sauce if it doesn't cover the ribs completely.
