2 Tbls. brown sugar
1 Tbls Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. beef brisket
2 1/2 c. beef broth
3 Tbls. molasses
2 Tbls. Worchestershire sauce
3 dashed liquid smoke
3 Tbls. cornstarch
1 Tbls. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine br. sugar, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper
Rub onto brisket. Place in slow cooker.
Wish broth, molasses, Worchest. sauce, and if desired, liquid smoke.
Add to slow-cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
Remove brisket and shred with a fork.

In small bowl, combine 1/4 c. water, cornstarch, and vinegar. Strain liquid in cooker - Put liquid in sauce pan. Add cornstarch mix. Bring to a boil. Cook 3 min or until thick and clear. Mix 5 c. sauce with brisket. Let stand covered for 15 min.
