5 lbs. bone in or boneless country style pork ribs
¾ c. brown sugar
1½ T. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ginger
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. orange juice
2 T. minced onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
3 T. parsley
2 T. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Par boil ribs 45 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Place ribs in a deep pan or platter.
3. Mix all other ingredients in a separate large bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.
4. Brush sauce all over ribs and let meat stand. Turn the ribs over, and brush sauce over again.
5. Grill on low-medium heat for 1 hour.
6. Brush often with left over sauce. Will burn easily because of the sugar.
