Celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt
One 5 pound brisket
One 3 ounce bottle of liquid smoke

Salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle celery, Onion and garlic salt on both sides of brisket. Marinate overnight in liquid smoke. Sprinkle salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce on both sides of brisket. Place in a large pan; cover with foil tightly. Bake at 275° for five hours. Add barbecue sauce to brisket. Bake for one hour longer. Let’s stay in for one hour before slicing. May mix flour, 1/2 cup water in pan drippings for source
