2lbs 21/25 Head On Shrimp
1 c. Salad Oil
½ c. Lemon Juice
1 c. Beer
2 T Cajun Seasoning
1/4 c. Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Pour Fresh or Thawed Shrimp into {1 gallon} large zip lock plastic bag. In a medium size bowl, add salad oil, lemon juice,, beerCajun seasoning and minced garlic. Mix all ingredients together, Pour mixture into plastic bag with shrimp. Then, zip bag closed. Shake bag until shrimp are cover. Slightly, open plastic bag and push out the air out of the bag. Zip the plastic bag closed, place the shrimp in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the BBQ grill to 350º. Place shrimp on hot grill with a pair of tongs, to avoid getting burned. Char Broil the Shrimp on both side and remove from grill. line a plate with tin foil. So then the shrimp will stay warm.
