2 to 3 spareribs
1/2 cup of sliced onions
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 tablesppon of sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350o F, cut meat into 2 to 3 rib pieces or leave whole and cut when done. Arrange in roasting pan which has a lid. Brown ribs on both sides on top of stove; then slice onions over ribs. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over ribs and onions. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hour. If garlic is a favorite add 1 mashed clove to sauce before pouring over ribs.
