5-6 lbs brisket of beef
1 3-oz bottle liquid smoke
1 t celery salt
1 t onion salt
1 t garlic salt
2 t salt (opt)
1/2 t pepper
2 T Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 3 oz of commercial liquid smoke over beef in baking pan. sprinkle with celery, onion, and garlic salt.Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. (Sometimes I don't.) Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 275º for 5 hours. Uncover and add the BBQ sauce over the meat. Bake 1 hour longer.

I got this recipe from a lady at Central Christian Church on Claremore. She usually adds the BBQ sauce at the same time as everything else, but she does uncover the last hour of baking.
