2 T. Vegetable oil
1 loaf french bread
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into small bite sized pieces
1 t. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 Cup plus 3 T. BBQ sauce, divided
1/4 Cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 Cup thinly sliced red onion
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425º
Coat a large skillet with oil and place over medium high heat. Saute chicken until no pink remains. Add 3 T. BBQ sauce and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until sauce has thickened. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine remaining BBQ sauce with Marinara sauce.
Cut french in half and lay on a foil lined baking sheet. Coat each half with the sauce mixture.
Divide chicken evenly between bread halves. Top with red onions and cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with chopped cilantro if you like it. (We don't!)
Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
