Ingredients:
2 pkgs. country style pork ribs (I prefer them without bones)
Lemon slices
Barbeque sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread out ribs in large pan. You could use a 13" x 9" container but it might not hold all the ribs. Cut lemon into thin slices. Put a slice or two on each rib piece. Roast uncovered at 400' for 30 minutes. Lower oven to 300'. Liberally spread barbeque sauce over ribs. You can't use too much.
Cover with foil and roast for 2 1/2 hours more. They should be fork tender.
