10 country style ribs
BBQ style seasonings
onion and garlic powder
1 bottle BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Liberally season ribs with bbq seasons, garlic
and onion powders. Refrigerate over night.
Place ribs in large (15x11) pan and cover.
Bake in oven for about 2 hours turning every hour
Drain juices after 2 hours, there will be a lot.
After 2 hours after turn put small amount of bbq sauce
on ribs spread with basting brush.
Cover and bake additional hour.
After hour turn and add thicker layer of bbq sauce,
don't cover and put in oven for another hour.
Turn and add more sauce.
Place under broiler for about 5 mins to slightly char.
Or put on grill for a few mins to char.
