Beef or Pork Ribs
Root Beer
Garlic Salt
Pepper Medley (club house brand)

Directions:
Directions:
You can use beef or pork ribs. We like pork the best.
Place the ribs in a large roaster or crock pot. You may have to cut the ribs into smaller sections in order to fit into ta crock pot depending on its size.

Pour root beer over the raw ribs until they are covered completely.
Cook in the crock pot fro 4 - 8 hours. (do not cook more than 8 hours)
If you are using a roaster in your oven, cook the ribs at 350º for a minimum of 4 hours. They need to be at a constant gentle simmer. The longer they cook the more likely the meat will fall off the bones.

Remove ribs from root beer and add spice before grilling on the barbeque.
We sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper medley spice.

Spay barbecue grill with oil before placing ribs on hot grill. Heat just long enough to crisp up and add grill marks to ribs. Glaze with your favourite barbeque sauce.
