Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 - 6 pound brisket
1 t. each - celery salt, onion salt, garlic salt, black pepper and salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in 9 X 12 Pyrex cake pan. Sprinkle on both sides with other ingredients. (Sometimes I use onion flakes if out of onion salt... and garlic powder instead of garlic salt).

Cover tightly with heavy foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 275º for 4 hours.

Reserve liquid.

Cool and slice across the grain of the meat as thin as you can with and electric knife. Put sliced meat back in pan.

Mix and spread the catsup/BBQ mixture. Then spoon the liquid around the edges for moisture. Cover and put in oven 1 hour or until hot.

TIP: Slicing... begin at the flat end and when you get a little over half way, the grain will change. Then slice from the side.
