1 gallon Ketchup
1 cup margarine
4 Tbsps garlic, minced
2 Cups brown sugar or white sugar with molasses added
5 Tbsps chili powder
1 cup worchestershre sauce
1 cup prepared mustard
2 cups diced onions
16 dashes pepper sauce
2 cups lemon juice
6-8 pks Elk Ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and garlic in margarine. Add to mixture of ther ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Lightly boil elk ribs in salted water for 30 minutes. Transfer to roaster. Cover and roast for 30 minutes at 350 ºF. Add barbecue sauce and cook on low heat for two hours or until tender
