3 cups Smoked Brisket-shredded and warmed
2 cups BBQ Sauce- warmed (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)
Olive Oil- small amount to oil baking sheet
12 Floured Tortillas (I use Mission- Garden, Herb, Spinach)
3 cups Monterey Jack or Taco Cheese (may use more if you like)
2 small cans Jalapenos
1 bunch Cilantro- chopped

1 bottle Chipotle Marinade Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brush oil all over 2 large cookie sheets. Layer tortilla with brisket, BBQ sauce, cheese, a few jalapenos, chopped cilantro and drizzle with chipotle sauce over top. Place another tortilla on top and place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350º for 10 minutes.
