3 lb spare ribs
Barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut apart and rinse. Salt and pepper. Bake for 2 hrs or more (until tender) at 250. Bake at 300 for 30 min. Turn after 1 hr and baste. Drain fat. Cover with barbecue sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Turn, spread with sauce and cook 15 minutes more.
