5 pound spareribs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoon minced onion
2 minced cloves garlic (1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt)
3 Tablespoon parsley
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare ribs by boiling in salt water. In bowl combine sauce. Brush sauce on spare ribs. Let stand 2 hours. Make on grill or bake in over until done. Brush frequently with sauce while baking or charcoal.
