Ingredients: 1 Flat Out or 100% Whole Wheat Naan Bread 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes Precooked chicken breast (half a large breast, 4oz small breast) 1/2 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed, but not heated all the way through 1/2 cup low fat old cheddar cheese, grated 1 Tbsp BBQ or Medium Wing Sauce 1/2 Small Onion, julienned 2Tbsp Goat's Milk Cheese, seasoned (if desired)

Directions:Preheat oven to 350ºF
Place Flat Out or Naan Bread on a non stickbaking tray.
Spread the crushed tomaatoes over the bread, then layer julienned onions, cooked chicken, sliced into thin strips, and broccoli over sauce. Then add the BBQ or wing sauce (juse a drizzle over the chicken and veggies). Add the shredded low fat old cheddar cheese, and crumble the herbed goat's milk cheese on top (if desied), and bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted. |

Notes: Using left over chicken breasts, or cooking them ahead of time works best for this pizza. If you are using a freshly baked chicken breast, add about 30-40 minutes cooking time to preparation time. You can use whatever sauce you'd like. My husband uses sweet chilli heat,and I use BBQ or Medium Wing Sauce. You could use chipotle sauce or a honey garlic if that's what you wanted!
