3 1/2 pounds beef brisket
2 T prepared mustard
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Barbeque Sauce;
1 C ketchup
1/4 C water
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t paprika
1 T brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º.
Slash top of meat and spread mustard and lemon on it.
Marinate 2-4 hours.
Combine meat with BBQ sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake for 4 hours at 275º or until fork tender.
Chill meat (important for slicing) and skim off fat.
Before reheating, remove sauce and slice meat, add sauce and reheat 45 minutes to 1 hour.
