Ingredients:  
4 pounds spareribs or chicken pieces
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce

(I used juice from pineapple and added apple wine instead of water. I also doubled the sauce.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spareribs and/or chicken into serving size pieces. Place in roaster or casserole. Mix dry ingredients, and stir in liquids. Pour over meat.

Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

Serve with rice or noodles.
