4 pounds spare-ribs
1 8-ounce bottle Wish-Bone Russian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place spare-ribs in shallow baking pan; cover and bake 1 hour.
2. Pour off fat; cut into rib pieces. Pour dressing over ribs and bake, uncovered 30 minutes, or until tender, basting occasionally. Drain off fat, then place under boiler for about 5 minutes until brown and crisp.
