All-Day Brisket Recipe

10-12 lb beef brisket, trimmed with some fat left on
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika

1.Preheat oven to 300
2.Line a deep roasting pan with several layers of foil, making sure to layer up the sides
3.Lay several pieces of foil on a flat surface large enough for the brisket to lay flat
4.Lay brisket on foil and pat dry with paper towels, placing fatty side down first
5.In a small dish combine all spices
6.Sprinkle 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce and half of the spice mixture, pressing into the meat and then flipping meat over and repeating
7.Wrap brisket in foil and lay in roasting pan
8.Place in oven and cook for 7-8 hours or until ready to serve and desired doneness is reached, my brisket was falling apart at 7 hours and very moist
9.Keep wrapped until ready to serve, letting it rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting
10.Slice (or tear apart) to serve
