5 sweet corn cobs
5 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 garlic clove, peeled and cut in half
1/2 tsp. brown or white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 fresh lime
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Fresh coriander & more lime for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place corn in large saucepan with water and bring to boil. Cook for 5 min.
Heat butter with spices, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, & juice of 1 lime in a small saucepan. Let dissolve completely and turn off just as it starts bubbling. Mix thoroughly.
Heat BBQ or grill to high and spray with oil.
Drain & rinse corn. Cut cobs into smaller pieces if desired. Place corn on BBQ or other grill (can also do it under oven). Brush corn with butter mixture. (Can also toss with butter in large bowl).
Cook on each side 2-3 min. or until grill marks appear. Remove corn from grill and layer on serving platter. Drizzle with extra lime, sea salt, & fresh coriander as desired.
