For brisket:
1 brisket
3 T. or 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. onion salt
2 t. celery seed
2 t. Worcester
1-1/2 t. salt
2 t. pepper
barbecue sauce

For gravy:
2 T. flour
1/2 c. water
barbecue sauce

For brisket:
Sprinkle both sides of brisket with 1 t. garlic salt, 1 t. onion salt, 2 t. celery seed, and cover with foil. Marinate overnight. Add 2 t. Worcestershire sauce, 1-1/2 t. salt, 2 t. pepper. Bake 4 hours at 275º covered with foil. Add barbecue sauce. Bake one more hour. Let stand for one hour before serving.

For gravy:
Once brisket has been removed from pan, add flour and water and stir. Add barbecue sauce to taste.
