2 lbs. pulled pork and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
OR
1 tub (2lbs) pre-made BBQ

1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw, tri-colored, shredded
1 package of egg roll wrappers

frying oil

BBQ sauce for dipping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix BBQ and coleslaw mix. Spoon 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup into middle of egg roll wrapper. Wet the outside perimeter of the wrapper. Fold per instruction on egg roll wrapper package. Roll tight! Carefully boil in at least 2" of oil until for 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning 1/2 way through cook time.
