Personal Notes:
This is very spicy. I rub ribs and sit in refrigerator at least 30 min. I brown ribs on grill. Cook ribs in oven at 350 F. (wrapped in aluminum foil) for 1-3/4 hr. slathered in sauce. Mix 19 oz. bottle of Jack Daniels Original BBQ Sauce with 2-3 T. peanut butter, whisking to blend and slather on ribs, repeating often.
When cooking 1 slab ribs use half bottle of sauce & 1 1/2 T. peanut butter.
Save left over rub for another time.
