Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-3 lb brisket
I package of Lipton beefy mushroom or beefy onion soup
I jar of Heinz beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse the brisket and put it on aluminum foil. Open the soup envelope and pour it on the brisket. Use a fork to spread it over the fat side of the brisket. Tightly cover the brisket with foil. You may have to use two pieces. Put it in a pan tightly wrapped and do not open it during the cooking cycle for 2.5 hours. That’s it. Let it rest for about 20 minutes and then open the foil.

The meat will be very juicy. Pour the juice and the jelly from the top of the meat from the soup in a sauce pan, add the Heinz gravy. Cut the meat. Serve with the gravy over brown rice or noodles.
