3-5 lb. Brisket
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
heavy duty Reynolds wrap

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beef with seasonings and wrap securely in foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours for a 3 lb. cut and 4 hours for up to 5 lb.cut. Remove cooked meat and pour out juice and save. Wrap and refrigerate meat overnight. Slice and reheat pouring warm juices over meat before serving. You can double this for a crowd. Also can use any cut of meat.
