full racks of baby back pork ribs
Emerils Rib Rub
Sweet Baby Ray's originial BBQ Sauce

Remove ribs from package, rinse, make sure completely thawed. Spread A LOT of Emeril's Rib Rub (will turn them red, completely cover and pack on with your hands). Cover with saran wrap, put in fridge at least an hour, 2 hours is better. Preheat the grill to 275 degrees closed, using indirect heat only (put on upper rack, not bottom) cook for 3-4 hours. Smother them with Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce. Cook for 10 minutes to glaze them. Brush on a little more sauce before removing from the grill.
