7 lb boneless brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
6 oz hickory barbeque sauce
celery salt
onion salt
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid smoke over brisket and generously sprinkle with celery,onion,and garlic salts. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. The next day sprinkle with Worcestershire and bake covered for at least 5 hours at 250º. If foil is damaged overnight by salts, replace with fresh foil as allow steam to escape and brisket will not be as tender. After 5 hours uncover and pour barbeque sauce over and continue cooking 1 more hour.
