Directions:
Rinse ribs and pat dry. Sprinkle generously with dry rub and rub in with hands. Place in large hotel pan or pan large enough to hold ribs and coke. Pour coke in pan of ribs, careful not to wash away the dry rub. Flip ribs so they are fat side up and refrigerate overnight. Grill ribs on grill to get grill marks and flavoring. Place back into foil lined hotel pan or large baking sheet with sides. Brush with bbq sauce of choice, pull foil up around ribs to cover and bake at 275º for 3-4 hours. Baste often. For the last 1/2 of baking, uncover.
