Ingredients:  
Pork Ribs (ask for a side of pork ribs (una tira de costillas de cerdo). Have the butcher cut them into pieces with 2 ribs a piece.

Sauce:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/3 c. molasses and a few drops liguid smoke (it can be made without this)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs on top of stove and salt and pepper lightly. Place ribs in baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350° F or 3 hours at 325° F.
