While we at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.familycookbookproject.com\/\">FamilyCookbookProject.com<\/a> are not lawyers and do not give legal advice, our research shows that recipes cannot generally be copyrighted.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: small;\">At the same time, it does not make it right to simply take credit for other people\u2019s work. One way to avoid this is to give credit where credit is due.
