It is about family, comfort, tradition, and caring for one another. That is why we are excited to announce Family Cookbook Project\u00a0<strong>Cooks for a Cause<\/strong>, a new ongoing fundraising program created to help food-related charities make a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Every two months, we will select a new charity beneficiary and invite our cookbook creators, contributors, friends, families, and the general public to help support that organization. Participants can visit CooksForACause.com to purchase kitchen-related items, with proceeds benefiting the featured charity.<\/p>\n<p>Our first beneficiary is\u00a0<strong>World Central Kitchen<\/strong>, the nonprofit founded by chef Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s that provides fresh meals to communities affected by humanitarian, climate, and community crises. World Central Kitchen is often among the first to respond when disaster strikes, bringing food, comfort, and hope to people when they need it most. Their work reflects a belief we share deeply: a meal can do more than feed someone \u2014 it can remind them they are not alone.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to be part of this new effort.
