Now you can use these characters in your title, contributor name, ingredient list, directions, and personal notes.<\/p>\n<p>Each field has a drop down menu for &#8220;Insert Characters&#8221;. When you need to use an accented character, simply click on the pull down menu and select the one you want. If you have a keyboard that uses these letters, they can be automatically included when you type them.<\/p>\n<p>French uses\u00a0five\u00a0different types of accented characters. In no particular order, they are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e7 \u2013 the\u00a0<strong>cedilla<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(la c\u00e9dille)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u00e9 \u2013 the\u00a0<strong>acute accent<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(l&#8217;accent aigu)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u00e2\/\u00ea\/\u00ee\/\u00f4\/\u00fb \u2013 the\u00a0<strong>circumflex<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(l&#8217;accent circonflexe)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u00e0\/\u00e8\/\u00ec\/\u00f2\/\u00f9 \u2013 the\u00a0<strong>grave accent<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(l&#8217;accent grave)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u00eb\/\u00ef\/\u00fc \u2013 the\u00a0<strong>trema<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(l&#8217;accent tr\u00e9ma)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Spanish Letters and Accents include: \u00e1, \u00e9, \u00ed, \u00f3, \u00fa, \u00fc, \u00f1, \u00bf, \u00a1<\/p>\n<p>The tool also allows you to insert special characters like degrees \u00ba, Trademark &#x2122;, Copyright \u00a9 and common fractions like\u00a0\u00bd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you ever wanted a recipe to make\u00a0\u00c9touff\u00e9e or use a\u00a0\u00a0jalape\u00f1o in a recipe in your family cookbook?
