1 1/3 cups fat free/skim milk

1 tsp. honey

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk, be careful not to boil it.

In each mug add your honey and vanilla.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.
