2 1/2 lb. cubed, peeled sweet potatoes
1/2 c. half-n-half
3 T. butter (softened)
2 T. fresh lime juice
1 7oz. can of chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. + 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till tender. Drain and return to pan. Add cream, butter, and lime juice. Mash to desired consistency. Chop 2 chipotle chilies from can (freeze rest for future use). Stir in chilies, sugar, salt, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
