1/3 c. green peppers; diced 2 Tbsp. pimento; chopped 11/2 tsp. mustard; dry or wet 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. peppper 1 egg 3/4 c. mayonnaise 11/2 - 2 lbs. crabmeat
Sauce 1 egg 1/2 mayonnaise
Mix green pepper, pimento, mustard, salt & pepper. In a separate bowl beat eggs; add mayonnaise. Add to mixture. Fold in crab meat. Spoon or mold into scallop shells. Bake 15 minutes @ 350 degrees. Sauce; beat eggs and add mayonnaise. Spread on top of crab mixture. Cook until a golden brown.
