4 marinated teriyaki chicken breast cooked and chopped small. (Note; if I’m in a hurry I go to the grocery store and buy an already cooked BBQ chicken take it home take all the meat off the bone and chop up this works great) To the chicken add: Chopped celery 2 or 3 stalks Water chestnuts chopped (opt) I like the crunch of these in the sandwich. Mayo to taste, onion salt I like finely sliced green onions At least 4 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil-drained good if you like the taste of sun dried tomatoes you may add more. Mix all the above well if too dry add more mayo. Spread on a croissant roll you may add a leaf of lettuce if you like.These are wonderful and are very nice for a special lunch or just any day.
