Bake 3 lbs chicken breast seasoned with Johnny’s, at 400 degrees for 1 hour, turn off oven and leave in oven for half hour. Prepare dumplings: 2–3 quarts of chicken stock, 4 cups Bisquick, 1 1/3 c milk. Mix till moist, do not over mix. Dip spoon in boiling broth and spoon dumpling mixture into broth. Dipping helps prevent the dough from sticking. Turn down heat to prevent boiling over. Cook uncovered 10 minutes and covered 10 minutes .For my Sons, one of their favorite dinners.
