Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 cans of mandarin oranges (11.5 oz well drained)

For top of cake:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter

Beat eggs, add mandarin oranges & dry ingredients (sifted together) beat for four minutes on low speed

Pour into greased & floured 9x13 pan

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes

While baking: bring the brown sugar, milk & butter to a boil. Pour over hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Serve cool with whipped topping.
