1 fryer chicken

Cut up chicken, line your electric skillet with foil. Do your chicken like your going to fry it with flour. Melt a cube of butter in bottom of skillet then place your floured chicken in skillet. Pour your favorite bar-b-que sauce over chicken, 1 c, pour 1 can of Pepsi over chicken. Cook at 350 for 1 hour. DON’T REMOVE the lid off skillet until 1 hour is up. Remove chicken from skillet and serve. Also if you want, pour sauce from skillet into small pitcher to put on chicken. Do not forget to line skillet with foil, makes for easier clean up.

Serve with Scalloped potatoes or salad. Also pork ribs are also good when fixed the same way.
