3 lbs ground beef
3 c shredded longhorn cheese
1 onion chopped
1 can (2 1/4 oz) chopped olives
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 c salsa
24 hard rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add remaining ingredients except rolls. Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef mixture. Wrap each roll in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Leave sandwiches in foil and pack in heatproof thermal chest to keep warm until ready to serve.
